摘　　要：混合式教学与管理模式是高校教学与管理改革发展的必然趋势。经过20多年的探索和发展,混合式教学已经在我国各大高校广泛应用,而混合式管理目前尚处于探索起步阶段。该文从混合式教学与管理的对象和因素入手,分析当前高校混合式教学与管理存在的主要问题,并给出相应的解决对策,为教育教学工作者将来进一步开展和实施混合式教学与管理提供一定的参考。The hybrid teaching and management model is the inevitable trend of the reform and development of teaching and management in universities.After more than 20 years of exploration and development,hybrid teaching has been widely used in universities in China,while hybrid management is still at the initial stage of exploration.This paper started with the objects and factors of hybrid teaching and management,analyzed the main problems existing in the current hybrid teaching and management in universities,and proposed the corresponding solutions,which provided a certain reference for educators to further develop and implement hybrid teaching and management in the future.
