摘  要:为阐明铅胁迫对植物根系钾吸收的机制及重金属铅植物修复的模式,本研究以不同浓度Pb^(2+)处理4种玉米,探究其对玉米总钾吸收速率和由NSCCs介导的钾吸收速率诱导的影响,以及4种玉米对Pb吸收的变化趋势。结果表明,Pb^(2+)可以影响NSCCs的钾吸收,但不同品种玉米根系NSCCs对铅的敏感性不同,随着Pb^(2+)浓度的增大,品种间的总钾吸收差异和NSCCs钾吸收差异趋近于零。‘金玉818’的铅吸收量增幅最显著,可作为潜在的铅污染治理的备选品种。本研究补充了玉米根系通过NSCCs进行离子吸收方面的资料,为进一步了解铅、钾离子的吸收机制提供了研究基础。In order to elucidate the mechanism of potassium uptake in plant roots under lead stress and the model of lead phytoremediation.In this study,the effects of different concentrations of Pb^(2+)on the total K+uptake rate and the K+uptake rate mediated by NSCCs(Non-selective cation channels)in roots of four maize varieties were investigated,and the trend of Pb uptake in four maize varieties was also discussed.The results showed that Pb^(2+)could affect the potassium absorption of NSCCs,but the sensitivity of different varieties of maize root NSCCs to lead was different.With the increase of Pb^(2+)concentration,the difference of total potassium absorption and potassium absorption of NSCCs between varieties tended to zero.'Jinyu818'has the most significant increase in lead absorption,and can be used as a potential alternative varietyfor lead pollution control.This studysupplemented the data of ion absorption by maize roots through NSCCs,and provided a research basis for further understanding the absorption mechanism of lead and potassium ions.
