摘  要:【目的/意义】旨在探索美国情报分析师能力素质要求,构建情报分析师胜任力模型,为我国情报分析师的教育培养、招募选拔和考核评级提供参考。【方法/过程】通过文献梳理、政策标准分析和实证调查,运用扎根理论三级编码方法,对O*NET官网发布的情报分析师的六个维度指标体系、美国情报分析师职业标准指标体系和美国情报分析师职业需求指标体系进行共识度分析与讨论。【结果/结论】结合职业描述、职业标准和职业需求三者,识别出共识度较高的“知识”“技能”和“特质”等指标,构建了美国情报分析师职业胜任力模型。[Purpose/significance]The purpose of this paper is to explore the ability and quality requirements of intelligence analysts in the United States,to construct the competency model of intelligence analysts,and to provide reference for the education,recruitment,selection and assessment of intelligence analysts in China.[Method/process]Through literature review,policy standard analysis and empirical investigation,this paper uses the three-level coding method of grounded theory,analyzes and discusses the consensus degree of the six-dimensional index system of intelligence analysts,the professional standard index system of intelligence analysts in the USA.,the professional demand index system of intelligence analysts in the USA.,which are published on O*NET official website.[Result/conclusion]Combining career description,career standards and career demands,this paper identifies the indicators such as"knowledge","skill"and"trait"with a high degree of consensus,and constructs a professional competency model for the U.S.intelligence analysts.
