摘  要:食源性疾病是全球性的公共卫生问题之一,识别食源性疾病的阳性病原体检出高发区域并进行精细尺度的空间制图研究具有重要意义.文章在核密度分析的基础上,提出了一种感知病例位置信息的可变带宽核密度分析方法(case-location-aware adaptive kernel density,CLA-AKD),并采用该方法对浙江省由副溶血性弧菌引起的细菌性食源性疾病病例点开展空间点模式分析,探索其空间聚集特征.结果显示,副溶血性弧菌的阳性检出率在浙江省内表现出了较为明显的空间聚集特征,在浙江省沿海周边地区阳性检出率较高,特别在湖州市、绍兴市、宁波市和温州市等地均探测到较为明显的“高高”聚集区域.研究结果为探索有针对性的食源性疾病防控措施提供了新方法.Foodborne disease is one of the global public health problems.It is of great significance to identify the high-risk areas of positive pathogens of foodborne diseases and constructing fine-scale spatial mapping.On the basis of kernel density analysis,a case-location-aware adaptive kernel density(CLA-AKD)was proposed in this study.Furthermore,this method was applied to conduct the spatial point pattern analysis of bacterial foodborne diseases caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Zhejiang Province and explore its spatial aggregation characteristics.The results showed that the positive detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection showed significant spatial aggregation characteristics in Zhejiang Province.The positive detection rate was relatively high in the coastal areas of Zhejiang Province,especially in areas such as Huzhou,Shaoxing,Ningbo,and Wenzhou,where obvious"high-high"clustering areas have been detected.The results provided new methods for exploring targeted measures for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases.
