摘　　要：新医科建设以培养多学科融合的复合型、创新型人才为目标。图书馆信息素养教育是新医科背景下人才培养的重要突破口。文章对徐州医科大学2021级3个专业621名医学本科生进行问卷调查并分析。建议新医科人才信息素养教育从重构医学生信息素养的培育理念、重塑以学习为中心的生态系统、构建跨学科的复合培养体系、垒筑立体化的信息素养培育空间、完善多元化评价与反馈体系等方面采取措施。The construction of new medical science aims to cultivate interdisciplinary and innovative talents.Library information literacy education is an important breakthrough in talent cultivation under the background of new medical science.The article conducted a questionnaire survey and analysis on 621 medical undergraduate students from three majors in the 2021 cohort of Xuzhou Medical University.It is suggested that measures be taken to cultivate the information literacy of new medical talents,such as reconstructing the cultivation concept of information literacy for medical students from the perspective of new medical thinking,reshaping the learning centered ecosystem,constructing an interdisciplinary composite training system,building a three-dimensional space for information literacy cultivation,and improving a diversified evaluation and feedback system.
