摘 要:文章介绍了复杂电子装备批产集成调试的现状以及存在的问题,针对这些问题提出了构建复杂电子装备批产自动化测试产线的思路。分别从批产管理模式升级、测试工位自动化改造、物料信息化管控、测试数据自动采集等方面展开规划,构建了复杂电子装备的批产自动化测试产线,实现了测试工位集成互联、资源快速调度、数据集中管控、计划管理精细化,该产线在制造企业内应用,推动了批产任务优质高效完成,实现装备年产能翻番。The article introduces the current situation and existing problems of integrated debugging for batch production of complex electronic equipment,and proposes the idea of building an automated testing production line for batch production of complex electronic equipment in response to these problems.The paper has planned and constructed a batch production automation testing production line for complex electronic equipment,including upgrading the batch production management mode,upgrading the automation of testing stations,material information control,and automatic collection of testing data.This has achieved integration and interconnection of testing stations,rapid resource scheduling,centralized data control,and refined planning management.The production line has been applied in manufacturing enterprises,promoting the high-quality and efficient completion of batch production tasks,double the annual production capacity of equipment.
