摘  要:以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学模式在医学生培养中已开展多年,受到全国医学院校重视。PBL采取“圆桌会议”模式,就某一案例开展深入的讨论,既锻炼和提高了医学生的思辨能力、语言组织能力、处理临床问题及医患关系的能力,同时潜移默化地将多学科理论知识和临床实践结合,培养了医学生的人文精神。但PBL模式也面临着许多挑战和问题,比如课程定位不高、评价体系不够量化、案例质量参差不齐等。笔者结合目前教学实际,分享师生的思考和建议。The teaching model of problem-based learning(PBL)has been carried out in the training of medical students for many years,and has been valued by medical colleges and universities nationwide.The PBL model adopts the"round table"mode to discuss a certain case,which exercises and improves the students′critical thinking ability,organizational ability,the capability to deal with clinical problems and doctor-patient relationship.Meanwhile,it subtly combines the multi-disciplinary theoretical knowledge with clinical practice,and cultivates the students′humanistic spirit.However,the PBL model also faces many challenges and problems,such as low discipline positioning,insufficient quantitative evaluation system,uneven case quality,etc.This paper combines the current teaching practice to share the thoughts and suggestions of teachers and students.
