摘　　要：针对在成品油零售中加油钱包支付比率逐年攀升,油品销售企业设定的促销活动如刷卡支付奖励、折扣优惠和积分兑换礼品等均基于加油钱包实施,个别加能站员工利用职务之便采用更加隐蔽的策略进行套现,企业监控效果无法满足管理需求的问题,研究利用加油钱包刷卡消费数据,设计了一种基于计量方法的加油钱包套现行为感知模型,能够筛选出有可能是模仿正常消费行为的利用加油钱包套现行为,从而大幅缩小了企业排查范围,使监控抽查的效率和准确率显著上升。In view of the rising rate of refueling wallet payment in the retail of oil products year by year,the promotional activities set by oil sales enterprises,such as card payment rewards,discounts and points exchange gifts,are all implemented based on refueling wallet.Individual gas station employees take advantage of their positions to cash out with covert strategies,and the enterprise monitoring effect cannot meet the man-•agement needs.Using the consumption data of the refueling wallet,a perception model of the cash out behavior is designed based on the econometric method,which can screen out the cash out behavior of the refueling wallet that may imitate the normal consumption behavior,so as to greatly reduce the scope of the enterprise investigation,and significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the supervision and spot check.
