迈向社区治理共同体:心理社区感的潜在价值及实践路径——基于华东某市LS社区更新的考察

摘　　要：在社区治理共同体的研究版图中,社群心理的视角颇受关注,对于社群心理特征的具体内涵、角色功能等核心议题尚未形成定论。心理社区感是社区群体心理的集中体现,在构建心理社区感内涵的基础上,以华东某市LS社区更新为分析案例,探讨了心理社区感在迈向社区治理共同体进程中的价值逻辑和实践路径。研究结果显示:根据人-社区互动机制,心理社区感的内涵包括社区身份、社区联结和价值共享三个方面。心理社区感是治理共同体能力特质的基础禀赋,是促进社区参与的内在动力,同时,社区赋权与回应强化了心理社区感助力治理共同体建设的价值。研究构建了心理社区感的理论内涵,弥补了这一概念在本土研究中的“缺位”;强调了人-社区之间的关系特征在社区治理共同体实践中的价值,为未来治理共同体的创新建设提供了启发。In the domain of governance community,the perspective of community psychology has attracted much attention,but no conclusion has been reached on the core issues such as the specific connotation and role of the characteristics of community psychology.This paper takes the sense of community as the concentrated embodiment of community group psychology,and on the basis of constructing the sense of community,taking the renewal of LS community located in East China as an analysis case,discusses the value logic and practical path of the sense of community in the process of community governance.According to the human-community interaction mechanism,the connotation of sense of community includes three aspects:community identity,community connection and value sharing.The sense of community is the basic endowment of the competence characteristic of community governance,and the internal driving force to promote community participation.At the same time,community empowerment and response strengthen the value of the sense of community to help the construction of community governance.The research constructs the theoretical connotation of community sense and makes up for the“absence”of this concept in local research.This paper emphasizes the value of the relationship between people and communities in the practice of community governance and provides inspiration for the innovative construction of community governance in the future.
