摘  要:为了适度增加滑菇产品的市场供应,丰富辽宁地区食用菌种植特色资源,该研究以辽宁地区主要栽培的7个滑菇菌株为试验材料,通过菌丝培养、菌丝显微形态观察、营养不亲和性试验及菌株工厂化栽培试验,研究了不同菌株菌丝生长情况、显微观察结构差异、菌株间遗传差异,分析比较了不同菌株子实体生物学性状、生物学效率、生育期等指标,筛选出适宜栽培的滑菇优良菌株。结果表明:滑菇H1、H3、H5、H6菌株菌丝生长速度较快,菌丝呈放射状贴壁生长,镜检菌丝锁状联合较多,生物学性状较好,生物学效率均在100%以上,其中H3和H5的产量性状较高,生物学效率达到了130%以上,适于生产应用。For purpose of increasing the market supply of Pholiota nameko and enriching the resources of edible fungi in Liaoning region,7 strains of Pholiota nameko mainly cultivated in Liaoning Province were used as test materials,the methods of mycelia lcultivation and microscopic morphology observation,vegetative incompatibility experiment and industry cultivation test were applied,the mycelial growth of different strains,microscopic morphology and genetic differences among strains were studied,and the biological traits,biological efficiency and growth period of fruiting bodies of different strains were analyzed and compared,in order to screen out the best strains suitable for industry cultivation.The results showed that the mycelium growth rate of strains H1,H3,H5 and H6 were faster.The mycelium grew radially and adherently,and there were more clamp connection in microscopic examination of mycelium.The biological characters were better,and the biological efficiency were all above 100%.Among them,stains H3 and H5 had higher yields,and their biological efficiency reached more than 130%,which were suitable for application in production.
