外资参股模仿同构促进了“走出去”国企创新绩效吗

摘　　要：本文以工业国有上市公司为样本,考察外资参股模仿同构对OFDI国企创新绩效的影响。研究发现,外资参股模仿同构对OFDI国企的创新绩效有积极作用,相比从众效应的外延式相似者模仿,向规模和业绩均出色者学习的内涵式成功者模仿的积极作用显著增强。进一步研究发现:外资参与股权分散度、外资股东来源地投资在外资参股模仿同构与OFDI国企创新绩效两者关系间起到中介作用;外资股东委派董事正向调节外资参股模仿同构与OFDI国企创新绩效两者之间的关系。本文对新一轮国企改革深化有政策参考价值,为国企治理结构变革和高质量创新发展提供了经验证据。This paper examined the mechanism of the impact of mimetic isomorphism of foreign ownership on the innovation of OFDI SOEs,using data on industrial state-owned listed companies.It finds that mimetic isomorphism of foreign ownership has a positive effect on the innovation of OFDI SOEs.The positive effect of implicit successful imitation based on learning from those with superior size and performance is significantly enhanced compared to“extrapolative”similar imitation with herding effect.Further research shows that the ownership dispersion degree after foreign shareholders,entry and the degree of investment of foreign shareholders,origin play a part of the mediating role between the mimetic isomorphism of foreign ownership and the innovation of OFDI SOEs;The degree of directorship appointed by foreign ownership regulates the relationship between imitation isomorphism of foreign participation and innovation of OFDI SOEs.This paper has some policy reference value for the deepening of the new round of SOE reform,and provides empirical evidence for the change of SOE governance structure and high-quality innovation development.
