溃结汤联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察溃结汤联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎临床效果。方法将菏泽市中医医院2022年1月—2023年1月收治的82例溃疡性结肠炎患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片进行治疗,观察组给予溃结汤联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后中医症状积分(TCMPS)变化、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和细胞间质上皮转换因子(c-MET)的变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组;观察组的中医症状积分相比对照组下降更为明显;观察组HGF与c-MET的阳性率比对照组增加更为明显,均P<0.05。结论溃结汤联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效好。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Kuijie decoction combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC) of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type.Methods A total of 82 patients with UC admitted to Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with Kuijie decoction combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score(TCMPS),hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) and interstitial epithelial transition factor(c-MET) were observed before and after treatment in 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group.The scores of TCM syndrome in the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group.The positive rates of HGF and c-MET in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kuijie decoction and mesalazine enteric coated tablets has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of UC of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type.
