健脾化瘀汤联合化疗对胃癌患者免疫功能及肿瘤标志物水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾化瘀汤联合化疗对胃癌患者免疫功能及肿瘤标志物水平的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月收治的62例胃癌患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(31例,接受替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗)和观察组(31例,在对照组基础上联合健脾化瘀汤治疗)。比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后血清肿瘤标志物水平均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);2组治疗后免疫功能指标均上升,且观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论健脾化瘀汤联合化疗可抑制胃癌患者肿瘤细胞复制,增强免疫功能,临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Huayu decoction combined with chemotherapy on immune function and tumor marker levels in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 62 patients with gastric cancer were included in this study.The selected cases were completed from January 2021 to December 2022,and the patients were divided into two groups based on the random number table method.The control group of 31 cases was treated with Tiggio combined with oxaliplatin.The observation group of 31 cases was given Jianpi Huayu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum tumor markers in 2 groups were decreased after treatment,and the levels in observation group were lower(P<0.05).The immune function indexes of 2 groups were increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Huayu decoction combined with chemotherapy can inhibit the metastasis and replication of tumor cells in patients with gastric cancer,reduce the level of serum tumor markers,regulate the body immunity,and have better clinical therapeutic effect.
