摘　　要：目的观察自制一次性中药热奄包联合典必殊(妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏)治疗睑缘炎的疗效。方法选取2022年4月—2022年10月接诊的睑缘炎患者60例,以双盲法随机分成观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组常规暖水袋热敷加眼睑外涂典必殊治疗,观察组使用自制一次性中药热奄包热敷加眼睑外涂典必殊治疗。观察2组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后在疼痛程度、眼睑病变面积、角膜荧光素染色异常比例上均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制一次性中药热奄包联合典必殊眼膏治疗睑缘炎临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of self-made disposable fomentation package combined with Dianbishu eye ointment in the treatment of blepharitis.Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with blepharitis in Huizhou Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to October 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group by double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional warm water bag hot compress the affected area,and the study group used self-made disposable fomentation package combined with Dianbishu eye ointment.The clinical effect of the two group was compared.Results After treatment,the pain degree,lesion area of eyelid and abnormal proportion of corneal fluorescein staining in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made disposable fomentation package combined with Dianbishu eye ointment in the treatment of blepharitis has significantly clinical effect.
