摘　　要：中医四诊信息具有非量化、繁杂的特点,常规统计分析方法难以充分发掘中医四诊数据中隐含的知识。数据挖掘(data mining,DM)是知识发现的关键技术之一,近年来,其在中医四诊领域的应用不断深入,特征提取、神经网络、聚类分析、关联规则以及决策树等DM方法在中医四诊信息的提取、识别分类等方面发挥了重要作用,弥补了人工统计分析的不足,对中医四诊智能化的发展发挥出了很好的促进作用。本文系统分析和梳理了近5年各类DM方法在中医四诊领域的应用情况,并从中医望、闻、问、切及四诊合参5个方面以及针对四诊不同类型数据的数据挖掘方法进行了系统化的分析与探讨,以期为未来中医四诊数据挖掘研究提供借鉴。The information of the four diagnosis methods of TCM has the characteristics of non-quantitative and complex,and it is difficult for conventional statistical analysis methods to fully explore the knowledge implied in the data of the four diagnoses of TCM.Data mining(DM)is one of the key technologies of knowledge discovery in database.In recent years,its application in TCM four diagnosis methods is constantly deepening,feature extraction,neural network,cluster analysis,association rules and decision trees and other DM methods have played an important role in the extraction,identification and classification of the information of TCM four diagnosis methods,so as to make up for the lack of manual statistical analysis.It has played a good role in promoting the development of the four diagnosis methods of TCM.In this paper,it systematically analyzed and sorted out the application of various DM methods in the field of TCM four diagnosis methods in the past five years,and made a systematic analysis and discussion from TCM inspecting,listening and smelling,asking and feeling the pulse and the combination of the four diagnostic methods,as well as data mining methods for different types of the data of the four diagnostic methods,in order to provide the reference for the future data mining research of the four diagnosis of TCM.
