乳腺癌诊断中应用钼靶联合超声检查的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:研究分析钼靶联合超声检查在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2019年1月—2022年1月样本医院接诊的195名乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,对比不同诊断方法下,患者的诊断情况以及患者的病理情况,分析患者诊断的符合情况。结果:钼靶与超声联合检查相对于钼靶单检的诊断符合率高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.632,P<0.05);钼靶与超声联合检查相对于超声单检的诊断符合率高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.588,P<0.05);超声单检相对于钼靶单检的诊断符合率高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.792,P<0.05)。结论:综上所述,在进行乳腺癌诊断过程中,推荐用钼靶联合超声检查,其诊断符合率较高,相比与超声和钼靶单项诊断价值高。Objective:To analyze the value of molybdenum target combined with ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:195 breast cancer patients in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The diagnosis of the patients under different diagnostic modalities and the pathology of the patients were compared and the compliance of the diagnosis of the patients was analyzed.Results:The diagnostic compliance rate of combined molybdenum target and ultrasound examination was high relative to molybdenum target alone,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.632,P<0.05).The diagnostic compliance rate of molybdenum target and ultrasound combined examination was higher than that of ultrasound alone,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.588,P<0.05).The diagnostic compliance rate of ultrasound single examination was higher than that of molybdenum target single examination,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.792,P<0.05).Conclusion:In performing the diagnostic process of breast cancer,it is recommended to use molybdenum target in combination with ultrasound,which has a high diagnostic compliance rate and is of high diagnostic value compared to ultrasound and molybdenum target alone.
