摘  要:就业是民生之本,女性毕业生就业对于保就业、稳就业,促进高校毕业生高质量充分就业具有重要意义。通过面向陕西省不同类型高校女性就业困难毕业生群体的调研发现,在就业竞争日趋激烈的背景下,女性大学毕业生相较于男性毕业生更容易面临产生依赖性就业观念、就业指导侧重性弱及遭遇传统性别偏见等方面的问题。在从个人、企业、高校、政府等多角度对问题原因进行探析的基础上,提出要想有效突破就业瓶颈,就要引导树立正确观念、消除职场歧视、完善高校就业指导、强化政府主导力量,进而积极转变女性就业困难毕业生群体的求职现状、促进平等就业。Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.The employment of female college students is of great significance for ensuring employment,stabilizing employment and promoting high-quality and full employment of college graduates.Through the investigation of different types of female college groduates with employment difficulties in Shaanxi Province,it is found that in the background of increasingly fierce employment competition,female college graduates are more likely to face problems such as dependent employment concept,weak emphasis on employment guidance and traditional gender bias compared with male graduates.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the problem from the perspectives of individuals,enterprises,universities and governments,it is proposed that in order to effectively break through the employment bottleneck,it is necessary to guide the establishment of correct concepts,eliminate workplace discrimination,improve the employment guidance of colleges and universities,and strengthen the guidance of the government,so as to actively alleviate the situation of female graduates with employment difficulties and promote equal employment.Download(CAJ format)Download(PDF format)
