链式中介效应分析武警集训新兵自我概念清晰性对抑郁的作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨集训新兵自我概念清晰性与抑郁的关系,以及心理弹性和生命意义感在其中的作用,为减轻集训新兵抑郁症状提供理论依据。方法 采用自编人口学资料调查表、自我概念清晰性量表(self-concept clarity scale,SCCS)、心理弹性量表(connor-davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC)、生命意义感量表(meaning in life questionnaire,C-MLQ)以及流调中心抑郁量表(center for epidemiology studies depression scale,CES-D)对武警某部1571名集训新兵进行问卷调查。结果 集训新兵抑郁发生率为15.21%,其中,轻、中、重度抑郁发生率依次为5.60%、4.52%、5.09%;自我概念清晰性与心理弹性、生命意义感显著正相关(r分别为0.513,0.603,P<0.01),与抑郁呈显著负相关(r=-0.611,P<0.01);抑郁与心理弹性、生命意义感呈显著负相关(r分别为-0.584,-0.556,P<0.01);心理弹性与生命意义感呈显著正相关(r=0.635,P<0.01),心理弹性和生命意义感在自我概念清晰性与抑郁之间起中介作用(β分别为-0.148,-0.047,P<0.001);心理弹性和生命意义感在自我概念清晰性与抑郁之间起链式中介作用(β=-0.029,P<0.001)。结论 新兵抑郁发生率较低。自我概念清晰性直接影响集训新兵抑郁情绪,或者通过心理弹性或生命意义感的中介作用或链式中介作用间接影响新兵抑郁情绪。Objective To explore the relationship between self-concept clarity and depression in training recruits,and the role of psychological resilience and meaning in life,so as to provide a theoretical basis for reducing depressive symptoms in training recruits.Methods A total of 1571 recruits from one Armed Police unit were investigated by self-designed demography data questionnaire,self-concept clarity scale(SCCS),connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),meaning in life questionnaire(C-MLQ) and center for epidemiology studies depression scale(CES-D).Results The incidence of depression among the recruits during training was 15.21%,with mild,moderate,severe depression rates of 5.60%,4.52% and 5.09% respectively;self-concept clarity was significantly positively correlated with psychological resilience and meaning in life(r=0.513,0.603,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.611,P<0.01);depression was significantly negatively correlated with psychological resilience and meaning in life(r=-0.584,-0.556,P<0.01);psychological resilience was significantly positively correlated with meaning in life(r=0.635,P<0.01);psychological resilience and meaning in life played a mediating role between self-concept clarity and depression(β=-0.148,-0.047,P<0.001);psychological resilience and meaning in life played a chain mediating role between self-concept clarity and depression(β=-0.029,P<0.001).Conclusion The incidence of depression in recruits is low.Self-concept clarity directly affects the depression of training recruits,or indirectly affects the depression of recruits through the mediating effects of psychological resilience or meaning in life or chain mediating effect.
