摘　　要：随着放射治疗技术的进步,放疗在原发性肝癌治疗中的作用被逐渐认可。肝细胞癌的精准放疗已成为近年来研究的热点。多项临床试验结果显示,精准放疗可以显著改善肝细胞癌患者的预后。本文就近年来放射治疗用于肝细胞癌的研究进展及存在的问题进行综述,为肝癌放射治疗提供文献支持。With the development of radiotherapy technology,the role of radiotherapy in the treatment of primary liver cancer has been gradually recognized.In recent years,precision radiotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma has become a research hotspot.A number of clinical trials have shown that precision radiotherapy can significantly improve clinical prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.In this article,the research progress and existing problems of radiotherapy in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma were reviewed,aiming to provide literature support for the application of radiotherapy in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
