清肠饮加味联合美沙拉嗪治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎(大肠湿热证)的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察清肠饮加味联合美沙拉嗪治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎(UC)(大肠湿热证)患者的疗效。方法纳入88例UC(大肠湿热证)患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各44例。两组病例参考诊疗共识予常规措施;对照组予美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒剂;观察组在对照组基础上予清肠饮加味治疗。两组病例观察2周。比较两组患者临床疗效、Sutherland疾病活动指数(DAI)评分、腹痛与生活质量改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为95.45%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组DAI评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分显著降低、炎症性肠病问卷(IBDQ)评分显著升高,且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论清肠饮加味联合美沙拉嗪对活动期UC(大肠湿热证)疗效显著,有利于病情的控制,减轻疼痛,改善患者的生活质量。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Qingchang Decoction combined with mesalazine for active ul⁃cerative colitis(UC)with syndrome of dampness and heat in the large intestine.Methods:88 cases of confirmed UC with syndrome of dampness and heat in the large intestine were divided into two groups according to random number table method(n=44 cases in each group).The two groups were treated by routine measures referring to the consensus of diagnosis and treatment;the control group was given with mesalazine sustained-release granules,and the observation group was treated with Qingchang Decoction on the basis of control group.The two groups were observed for 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect,Sutherland disease activity index(DAI)score,abdominal pain,and quality of life improvement were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effec⁃tive rate of observation group(95.45%)was significantly increased compared with control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,DAI score of the two groups was significantly decreased,and the decrease of the observa⁃tion group was more evident than that of the control group at the same point(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the two groups was significantly decreased,and the decrease was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire(IBDQ)scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingchang Decoction combined with mesalazine for active UC with syndrome of dampness and heat in the large intestine has an evident efficacy,is beneficial to the control of disease,relieve pain,and im⁃prove the quality of life of patients.
