协同学视域下高校思想政治教育主渠道与主阵地协同创新路径

摘　　要：从协同的角度看高校思想政治教育是由多个要素组成的一个复杂系统,加强系统内各要素之间的协同有利于促进高校思想政治教育立德树人育人目标的实现。促进要素内部、要素之间以及要素与环境的协同是实现主渠道与主阵地协同的根本动力,在具体实践中高校要落实立德树人教育理念,实现“无序”向“有序”转变,要激活高校思想政治教育的体制机制,实现“部分”与“整体”的协同,要优化育人环境,实现“合作”与“竞争”。From the perspective of synergetic,the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a complex system composed of many elements.Strengthening the synergy among the elements in the system is conducive to promoting the realization of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Promoting the coordination between elements,elements and environment is the fundamental driving force to realize the coordination between the main channel and the main front.In practical practice,colleges and universities should implement the education concept of cultivating virtues and cultivating people,realize the transformation from“disordered”to“ordered”,activate the system and mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,realize the coordination between“part”and“whole”,and optimize the education environment to achieve“cooperation”and“competition”.
