摘 要:新时代对高校辅导员的素质能力提出了新的更高的要求,高校应扎实推进辅导员队伍专业化建设,提升辅导员的育人成效。然而当前辅导员队伍建设中普遍存在专业化程度不够高,专业素养有待提升、人员流动性大,结构不合理、自我效能感不高,职业定位不清晰、考核评价体系不健全,难以发挥激励作用等方面的现实困境,需要从探索学科建设,健全培训体系、加强制度保障,规范工作职责、加强辅导员职业规划指导,提升职业地位、完善考核评价体系,激发队伍活力等方面一一突破。The new era puts forward new and higher requirements for the quality and ability of college counselors.Colleges and universities should solidly promote the professional construction of the team of counselors and improve the education effect of counselors.However,in the current construction of the team of counselors,there are common practical difficulties,such as the degree of specialization is not high enough,and professional quality needs to be improved;large turnover of personnel and unreasonable structure;self-efficacy is not high,and career orientation is not clear;the assessment and evaluation system is not perfect,and it is dfficult to play an incentive role;etc.It is necessary to make breakthroughs in exploring the construction of disciplines,improving the training system,strengthening institutional guarantees,standardizing work responsibilities,strengthening the career planning guidance of counselors,improving professional status,and improving the assessment and evaluation system.
