摘 要:以贵州威宁石炭系无烟煤为原料,通过物理活化法制备煤基活性炭。以活性炭对碘吸附值和亚甲蓝吸附值为考察指标,通过改变活化时间、水蒸气流量及活化温度来探究其对煤基活性炭吸附性能的影响。同时利用扫描电镜(SEM)、氮气吸附脱附(BET)、红外光谱(FTIR)对所制备的活性炭进行孔隙结构及官能团表征测试。结果表明:当活化时间为4 h,水蒸气流量为0.175 mL/(min·10 g),活化温度为950℃时,所制备的煤基活性炭比表面积可达686.68 m^(2)/g,碘吸附值可达857 mg/g,亚甲蓝吸附值可达81.8 mg/g,同时具有丰富的孔隙结构及含氧官能团。The carboniferous anthracite from Weining,Guizhou was used as raw material to prepare coal-based activated carbon by physical activation method.Taking iodine adsorption value and methylene blue adsorption value of activated carbon as investigation indexes,the influence of activation time,water vapor flow rate and activation temperature on the adsorption performance of coal-based activated carbon was explored.At the same time,the pore structure and functional groups of the prepared activated carbon were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),nitrogen adsorption and desorption(BET)and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results show that when the activation time is 4 h,the water vapor flow is 0.175 mL/(min·10 g)and the activation temperature is 950℃,the specific surface area of the prepared coal-based activated carbon can reach 686.68 m^(2)/g,the adsorption value of iodine can reach 857 mg/g,the adsorption value of methylene blue can reach 81.8 mg/g,and it has rich pore structure and oxygen-containing functional groups.
