摘 要:针对联合整地机难以控制旋松深度和耕作地面平整度问题,文中设计了动态可调的新型整地机调整装置及其液压系统。对结构进行了分析并采用ADAMS软件进行多体运动学仿真,求解出液压缸伸缩量为0.12 m、旋松深度调整范围为0~0.15 m;采用ADAMS和AMESim软件机械液压联合仿真得出旋松装置上升平均速度为0.04 m/s、下降平均速度为0.03 m/s,验证了液压系统的稳定性,确定了液压元件的工作参数;采用仿真软件验证了液压系统承受冲击载荷的能力。仿真结果表明:调整装置能够满足联合整地机旋松和刮平调整作业要求,为样机制造提供了有力支撑。Since the combined soil preparation machine is difficult to control the loosening depth and the flatness of the cultivated ground,efforts are made to develop a dynamically-adjustable soil preparation machine and its hydraulic system.The structure is analyzed and the ADAMS multi-body kinematics simulation is carried out;it is solved that the hydraulic cylinder’s expansion-contraction amount is 0.12 m,and the adjustment range of the loosening depth is 0~0.15 m;the combined simulation of ADAMS and AMESim mechanical hydraulics is used to obtain the average rising speed of the loosening device is 0.04 m/s and the average descent speed is 0.03 m/s,which has verifies the stability of the hydraulic system and determines the working parameters of the hydraulic components.The simulation experiments have verified the hydraulic system’s ability to withstand the impact loads.These results show that the adjustment device meetssuch requirements as loosening and leveling of the combined soil preparation machine,which provides strong support for prototype manufacturing.
