摘　　要：乳酸菌作为一类活菌制剂,具有抗逆性强、易贮存等生物学特性,能增加畜禽饲料中的养分、提高饲料品质,从而提高畜禽生产性能,具有广阔的研究及应用前景。文章围绕乳酸菌的种类、作用机理、影响因素以及其在畜禽生产中的应用进行综述,为乳酸菌发酵饲料的研究及在畜禽养殖过程中的应用提供一定的理论与实践参考。With the characteristics of resistance and easy storage,lactic acid bacteria,as a kind of live bacterial preparation,can increase the nutri⁃ents in livestock and poultry feeds,improve the feed quality,and thus improve the performance of livestock and poultry production,which has a broad research and application prospect.This ar⁃ticle focuses on the types of lactic acid bacteria,the mechanism of action,the influence of the fac⁃tor and its application in livestock and poultry production for the review,for the study of lactic acid bacteria fermentation feed and its application in the process of livestock and poultry breeding to provide some theoretical and practical reference.
