摘 要:试验旨在研究苜蓿多糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、抗氧化能力和免疫能力的影响。选取80头30日龄体重相近的“杜长大”断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,分别为对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、低浓度组(饲喂基础日粮+1.0 g/kg苜蓿多糖)、中浓度组(饲喂基础日粮+2.0 g/kg苜蓿多糖)、高浓度组(饲喂基础日粮+3.0 g/kg苜蓿多糖),每组5个重复,每个重复4头仔猪。试验期共32 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,中浓度组和高浓度组仔猪平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),仔猪平均日采食量和料重比显著降低(P<0.05);中浓度组和高浓度组仔猪血清和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),3个苜蓿多糖组仔猪丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);中浓度组和高浓度组仔猪血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),高浓度组肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);高浓度组仔猪肝脏中TNF-α的mRNA表达量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),3个苜蓿多糖组仔猪肝脏白细胞介素10(IL-10)的mRNA表达量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上得出,苜蓿多糖能够改善断奶仔猪生长性能,提高抗氧化能力,调节免疫能力,以饲粮中添加3.0 g/kg苜蓿多糖最佳。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of alfalfa polysaccharide on the growth performance,antioxidant capacity and immunity of weaned piglets.Eighty weaned piglets of"Duchang Da"with similar weight at 30 days old were randomly assigned to four groups.These groups included a control group fed basal diet,a low concentration group fed basal diet with 1.0 g/kg of alfalfa poly⁃saccharide,a medium concentration group fed basal diet with 2.0 g/kg of alfalfa polysaccharide,and a high concentration group fed basal diet with 3.0 g/kg of alfalfa polysaccharide,with five repeti⁃tions in each group and four piglets in each repeti⁃tion.The experiment lasted for 32 days.The results showed as follwings:compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of piglets in the medium and high concentration groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the average daily feed in⁃take and feed-to-weight ratio of piglets decreased significantly(P<0.05).Additionally,the average daily weight gain in the medium and high concentration groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The activities of GSH-Px and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)were significantly higher in the three groups of piglets fed with alfalfa polysaccharides than that of the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the MDA content was significantly lower in the three alfalfa polysaccharide groups than that of the control group(P<0.05).It can be inferred that alfalfa polysaccharides have antioxidant properties that can benefit piglet health,and the serum content of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobu⁃lin M(IgM),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the medium-concentration and high-concentration groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The concentrations of tumour necrosis fac⁃tor(TNF-α)and interleukin 6(IL-6)were significantly lower in the high concentration group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the mRNA expression of TNF-αwas significantly lower in the livers of piglets in the h
