从君相失调辨治小儿情感交叉擦腿综合征

摘　　要：小儿情感交叉擦腿综合征是一种以儿童习惯性摩擦会阴部为主要临床特征的疾病,常给患儿及家庭造成一定的心理负担。中医学认为,小儿情感交叉擦腿综合征的发生与情志失调关系密切。君火、相火维持情志活动的正常进行,是情志调节中的重要环节。小儿情感交叉擦腿综合征以君相失调、相火妄动为核心病机。临床治疗时应恢复君相之位,标本兼治,注意调畅情志,以达君相安位,脏腑功能调和。Childhood masturbation syndrome is a disorder characterized by habitual rubbing of the perineum in children,which can often cause a certain psychological burden to the affected children and their families.According to traditional Chinese medicine,the syndrome is closely related to emotion dysregulation,in which the sovereign fire and ministerial fire maintain the normal conduct of emotional activities,constituting one important link in the regulation of emotions.The core pathogenesis of the syndrome is the disharmony between sovereign fire and ministerial fire and the hyperactivity of ministerial fire.In clinical treatment,attention should be paid to restoring the normal states of the sovereign fire and ministerial fire,regulating and activating emotions,so as to achieve the harmony between zang-fu viscera.
