摘　　要：面对中西方文化比较的时代背景,贺麟对中国哲学的研究有着清晰的问题意识:所“破”——批评科学主义之过度应用与所“立”——发掘阐释传统儒学之当代价值,其理论的建构与消解都围绕着直觉而展开。贺麟对“理”“知”“知行关系”等展开了新阐释,厘清了不同直觉的前提、边界及规定性,区分了感性直观、理智直觉与后理智直觉,在哲学方法论上实现了直觉的理性化。贺麟主张本体仁心是无可置疑、确定不移的呈现,是一种自由的生命活动,因此其方法不可能是可公度的、普遍化的理智分析,而是与之相区别的直觉。直觉为何能确保德性本体的有效性与活动性?如何保证德性本体的客观性?如何处理直觉与理智之间的张力?依循这些问题,贺麟建构了其哲学方法论的基本架构。Faced with the contemporary background of comparing Chinese and Western cultures,He Lin’s research on Chinese philosophy has a clear sense of the problem:the“breaking”——criticizing the over-application of scientism and the“establishing”——exploring and explaining the contemporary value of traditional Confucianism,its theoretical construction and dissolution all revolve around intuition.He Lin has developed a new interpretation of“reason”,“knowledge”,and“the relationship between knowledge and action”,clarified the premises,boundaries,and prescriptions of different intuitions,and differentiated between perceptual intuition,rational intuition,and post-reasoning intuition.He distinguished between sensual intuition,rational intuition,and post-intuition,rationalizing intuition in the dimension of philosophical methodology.He Lin asserts that ontological benevolence is an indisputable and unquestionable presented as a free life activity,and therefore its method cannot be the metric and universalizing analysis of reason,but rather the intuition that distinguishes it.So,what is it about intuition that ensures the validity and activity of the virtue ontology?How does it ensure the objectivity of the virtue ontology?How to deal with the tension between intuition and reason?Following these questions,He Lin constructs the basic structure of his philosophical methodology.
