科技创新驱动下的河北省产业结构升级路径探析

摘　　要：科学技术的创新已经融入到企业之中,其广泛渗透性和普遍应用性成为企业产品更新的重要推动力。从结构合理化和高级化两个角度分析现阶段河北省产业结构的发展趋势,对科技创新与产业结构调整之间的内在关系进行探索,在此基础上分别从构建科技创新体系、规划产业发展方向,加强科学技术融合、广泛开辟应用场景,健全科技创新机制、引导产业结构优化,加强产学研合作、培育创新创业生态环境四个角度提出升级路径,对河北省产业结构发展方向进行合理规划,推动其产业结构的升级和优化。Scientific and technological innovation has been integrated into enterprises,and its wide permeability and universal application have become an important driving force for the renewal of enterprise products.By explaining the connotation of scientific innovation,we analyze the development trend of industrial structure in Hebei Province at the present stage from the perspectives of structural rationalization and upgrade.In order to achieve the upgrading and adjustment of industrial structure,this paper explores the inherent relationship between technological innovation and industrial structure adjustment,and proposes upgrading paths from four perspectives:building a technological innovation system,planning industrial development direction,strengthening scientific and technological integration,expanding application scenarios,improving scientific and technological innovation mechanisms,guiding industrial structure optimization,strengthening industry university research cooperation,and cultivating an innovation and entrepreneurship ecological environment,so as to reasonably plan the development direction of the industrial structure in Hebei Province,and promote the upgrading and optimization of its industrial structure.
