摘　　要：设计了基于C#的限制类航行通告分析系统,自动提取情报系统中影响航路的时间段、受影响的航线,并采用甘特图直观地显示通告影响的时间段,通过分解计算机飞行计划获取航路点和飞越时间,计算得出预计起飞时间。经过测试和验证,该系统安全可靠、操作方便,有效地提高了签派员的工作效率,降低了其工作负荷。An analysis system for the restricted NOTAMs based on C#has been designed,which automatically extracts the impacting period for the enroute and the affected routes from the intelligence system.The Gantt chart is used to visually display the impacting period of the NOTAMs,and the system obtains waypoints and overflight times by decomposing the computer flight plan,and calculates the estimated takeoff time.After testing and verification,the system has the advantages of safety,reliability,and easy operation,which effectively improves the efficiency of dispatchers and reduces their workload.
