摘  要:清华大学“学堂培养计划”哲学班是清华大学根据《教育部等六部门关于实施基础学科拔尖学生培养计划2.0的意见》要求,在“清华学堂人才培养计划”的支持下创办的专为哲学拔尖人才培养而服务的教学单位。围绕培养目标,哲学学堂班发扬“从游”传统,紧密师生联系,弘扬学术优良传统。在教学和科研训练上并重,广泛开设前沿课程和专题讲座,介绍学界最新潮流脉动、积极鼓励学生关注前沿和创新求进的学术科研课题。同时,学堂班通过建立多元评价标准,鼓励跨学科交叉,培育学生的创造性思维和创新精神。通过这些举措,哲学学堂班形成了一套兼具传统与现代学术优长、教学授课与科研训练并重、知识背景和评价标准丰富多元的具有清华特色的哲学拔尖人才培养体系。Tsinghua Philosophy Academy Class was established within the framework of the“Tsinghua Academy Talent Train⁃ing Program”and as a response to the implementation of the Ministry of Education’s Talent Training Program 2.0.The program aims to cultivate outstanding philosophy talents by revitalizing the time-honored tradition of “Cong You,” liter⁃ ally “learning from the teacher by travelling with him,” to forge intimate mentor-student connection and carry forward this excellent practice of doing research. It prioritizes both instruction and research training, offering diverse courses, lec⁃ tures and seminars on frontier sciences to introduce the latest academic trends and inspire the students’ interest in cutting-edge and innovative research topics. Moreover, Tsinghua Philosophy Academy Class has instituted a range of multidi⁃ mensional evaluation standards to encourage interdisciplinary studies and foster an academic environment that champions creativity and innovation. These efforts have resulted in a distinctive approach to outstanding philosophy talent cultivation with Tsinghu characteristics, which combines the strengths of traditional and modern academic practices, harmonizes in⁃ struction with research and diversifies the students’ knowledge backgrounds and their academic evaluation.
