摘　　要：在交通强国的重大战略部署下,各种运输方式要形成一体化建设和发展。基于交通强国背景,分析陕西省西安市目前立体交通网络发展的现状以及基于交通强国指标存在的问题和不足,重点从西安立体交通网络总体规划、发展目标、立体交通网络构建建议等方面提出建议和意见,希望对西安地区立体交通网络的构建提供一定的参考作用。Under the major strategic deployment of transportation power,all kinds of transportation mode to form an integrated construction and development.Based on the background of transportation power,this paper analyzes the current situation of three-dimensional transportation network development in Xi an City,Shanxi Province and the existing problems and deficiencies based on the indicators of transportation power,and puts forward suggestions and opinions from the overall planning,development goals and construction suggestions of three-dimensional transportation network in Xi an.It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for the construction of three-dimensional traffic network in Xi an.
