摘 要:世界技能大赛作为全球最高水平的职业技能竞赛,旨在展示各国职业教育和技能培训的成果和发展水平。通过参与世界技能大赛,可以更好地了解和比较不同国家和地区在物流自动化领域的人才培养模式和教育经验,发现职业院校的优势和不足之处,进一步完善人才培养路径,提高学生的实践技能和竞争力。文章从世界技能大赛的视角对职业院校物流自动化人才培养路径进行研究,以期为培养具备国际竞争力的物流自动化人才提供重要参考和指导。World Skills Competition,as the world's highest level vocational skills competition,aims to showcase the achievements and development levels of vocational education and skills training in various countries.By participating in World Skills Competition,one can better understand and compare the talent cultivation models and educational experiences of different countries and regions in the field of logistics automation,discover the advantages and disadvantages of vocational colleges,further improve the talent cultivation path,and enhance students'practical skills and competitiveness.This paper studies the training path of logistics automation talents in vocational colleges from the perspective of World Skills Competition,in order to provide important reference and guidance for cultivating logistics automation talents with international competitiveness.
