水族鸡胚地龙膏加羼杂疗法对膝骨关节炎患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究水族鸡胚地龙膏加羼杂疗法对膝骨关节炎患者生活质量的影响。方法采用随机、平行、安慰剂对照设计,纳入72例患者。治疗组采用羼杂疗法加鸡胚地龙膏,对照组采用假羼杂疗法加鸡胚地龙膏模拟剂,治疗3 w后,再随访4 w,观察两组的生活质量评分(SF-12)及自我评价。结果生活质量评分:两组基线及治疗后3 w、5 w、7 w生活质量评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1 w时两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组大于治疗组。自我评价:两组治疗后2、5 w患者自我评价的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论鸡胚地龙膏加羼杂疗法对膝骨关节炎患者生活质量的改善未能表现出明显的促进作用,但在治疗期间能积极提高患者自我感觉。Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of aquatic chicken embryo dilong ointment combined with mixed herbs therapy on the quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods The method used a randomized,parallel,placebo-controlled design and included 72 patients.The treatment group received mixed therapy combined with chicken embryo dilong ointment,while the control group received fake mixed therapy combined with chicken embryo dilong ointment mimetic agent.After 3 weeks of treatment,the two groups were followed up for another 4 weeks to observe their quality of life scores(SF-12)and self-evaluation.Results There was no statistically significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups at baseline and at 3,5,and 7 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).At one week of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),with the control group being greater than the treatment group.Self evaluation:There was a statistically significant difference in self-evaluation between the two groups of patients at 2 and 5 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion The combination of chicken embryo dilong ointment and mixed herbs did not show a significant promoting effect on the quality of life in patients with knee osteoarthritis,but it can actively improve the patient s self perception during the treatment period.
