摘 要:肠道黏膜为机体吸收营养物质和抵御外界干扰提供了选择性的渗透屏障。肠道微生物参与肠道黏膜屏障的构成。肠道黏膜屏障作为一种重要的防御屏障,动态调节机体内环境平衡。病原体、食物等物质可以破坏肠道屏障,促进全身炎症和组织损伤。遗传和免疫因素使个体易发生肠道屏障功能障碍。了解黏膜屏障损伤机制为消化系统疾病的诊断和治疗提供新的策略。本文就肠道黏膜屏障损伤诊治现状和存在的问题进行了分析和讨论,期望为治疗肠道黏膜屏障功能障碍提供新思路。The intestinal mucosa provides a selective permeability barrier for the body to absorb nutrients and defend against external disturbances.Intestinal microorganisms are involved in the composition of the intestinal mucosal barrier.The intestinal mucosal barrier serves as an important defense barrier that dynamically regulates the balance of the body s internal environment.Pathogens,food,and other substances can disrupt the intestinal barrier and promote systemic inflammation and tissue damage.Genetic and immunologic factors predispose individuals to intestinal barrier dysfunction.Understanding the mechanisms of mucosal barrier damage provides new strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of digestive system diseases.This paper analyzes and discusses the current situation and problems in the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal mucosal barrier damage,hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction.
