摘 要:以71起中国企业跨国并购事件为样本,本文采用fsQCA方法,基于TOE框架从组态视角探究了技术层面的技术人力资本和研发投入强度、组织层面的跨国并购经验和企业成长能力以及环境层面的正式制度距离和非正式制度距离协同联动对跨国并购创新绩效的影响。研究表明:第一,单个因素均不是产生中国企业高跨国并购创新绩效的必要条件;第二,产生中国企业高跨国并购创新绩效的组态有3个,即“迎难而上”+技术驱动“、迎难而上”+组织推动“、规制至上”+人才助力。研究结果可以为中国企业提升跨国并购创新绩效提供借鉴,进而推动其创新发展。Based on the TOE framework,with 71 cross-border M&A events of Chinese enterprises as samples,the paper adopts the fsQCA method to explore how technical human capital and R&D investment intensity at technological level,cross-border M&A experience and enterprise growth capability at organizational level,and formal institutional distance and informal institutional distance at environmental level are coordinated to affect the innovation performance of cross-border M&A.The research shows that:firstly,any single factor is not a necessary condition that leads to high innovation performance of cross-border M&A of Chinese enterprises;secondly,there are three configurations that lead to high innovation performance of cross-border M&A of Chinese enterprises,namely,“rising to challenge”+technology driving,“rising to challenge”+organization promoting and“regulation as paramountcy”+talents helping.The research results can provide references for Chinese enterprises to improve their innovation performance of cross-border M&A,and then promote their innovation development.
