摘 要:在乡村振兴战略背景下,围绕如何培养学农、知农、爱农的工商管理专业人才这一问题,中国农业大学工商管理专业以实践教学为突破口,总结现有人才培养的主要瓶颈,紧密与农业产业相结合,建立了“实例分析—实地体验—模拟实训—专业实习—毕业实习”的“五实一体”实践培养模式,并以系统性和挑战性原则设计教学内容、建立综合评估考核模式,使实践教学体系真正服务于培养高级涉农管理人才。从实施效果来看,实践课程改革帮助学生从思想上提升了服务“三农”的使命感,从能力上培养了解决问题、团队协作等多项职业素质,从知识上强化了工商管理理论的系统掌握,有效地促进了工商管理人才的培养。为涉农高校推进工商管理人才培养改革提供参考依据。In the context of rural vitalization strategy,focusing on the issue of how to cultivate Business Management talents who learn,know,and love agriculture,the Business Administration major of China Agricultural University takes practical teaching as a breakthrough,summarizes the main bottlenecks of existing talent cultivating,integrates with agricultural industry closely,forms a“five in one”model of“case analysis-field experience-simulated training-professional practice-graduation practice”,designs the teaching content with systematic and challenging principles,establishes a comprehensive evaluation and assessment model to make the practical teaching system genuinely serve the cultivation of senior agricultural management talents.From the perspective of implementation effect,the practical curriculum reform helps students improve their sense of mission in serving agriculture,rural areas,and farmers from the ideological level,cultivate many professional qualities such as problem-solving and teamwork in terms of ability,strengthen the systematic mastery of Business Management theory in terms of knowledge,and effectively promote the cultivation of Business Management talents.This paper will provide a reference for promoting the reform of Business Management personnel training in agriculture-related universities.
