摘　　要：人芽囊原虫是常见的人类肠道单细胞寄生原虫。人芽囊原虫感染是否对健康有害仍是一个值得争议的话题。由于多数感染患者短期内一般不伴有明显的特异性临床症状,人芽囊原虫自发现以来并未引起临床的广泛关注。人芽囊原虫在炎症性肠病、结直肠癌中的致病机制复杂且尚未阐明,巨大的遗传多样性及地区性的分布差异限制了相关研究的整合和发展。国际上针对人芽囊原虫致病性的很多研究结果相互矛盾,进一步提示不同亚型的虫体在致病机制上的复杂性。近年来随着流行病学研究的不断深入和基层临床诊断水平的不断提高,人芽囊原虫是否在诸多肠道相关疾病中发挥重要作用被人们重新审视和探索。文章结合目前国内外相关流行病学和分子生物学研究,对人芽囊原虫感染在肠道疾病中的致病作用予以综述。Blastocystis hominis is a common single-celled intestinal parasite.Whether Blastocystis hominis infection is harmful to health is still a controversial issue.Since most of the infected patients do not have any specific clinical symptoms in a short period of time,Blastocystis hominis has not attracted much clinical attention since its discovery.The pathogenesis of Blastocystis hominis in human inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer is complex and unclear.The great genetic diversity of Blastocystis hominis limits the integration and development of related research.Many international studies on the pathogenicity of Blastocystis hominis are contradictory,which further indicates the complexity of the pathogenesis of different subtypes of the parasite.In recent years,with the development of epidemiology and clinical diagnosis,whether Blastocystis hominis plays an important role in many intestinal diseases has been re-examined and explored.In this review,the role of Blastocystis hominis infection in the pathogenesis of intestinal diseases was summarized based on the current epidemiological and molecular studies.
