摘 要:选择了普通硅酸盐水泥(P·O 42.5)、矿渣硅酸盐水泥(P·S·A 32.5)、生态水泥(E·C)以及地聚合物水泥(G·C)等4种不同种类的胶凝材料,分别对标准砂与煤矸石集料进行稳定,并测试其干缩性能。试验结果表明:不同种类胶凝材料稳定作用下,标准砂试件与煤矸石试件的干燥收缩率、质量损失均在7 d左右由快速增长转变为缓慢增长;标准砂试件的干燥收缩率从小到大分别为P·S·A32.5、P·O 42.5、G·C、E·C。煤矸石试件的干燥收缩率从小到大分别为P·S·A 32.5、E·C、G·C。考虑试件的失水过程,计算标准砂与煤矸石试件的总干系数,标准砂试件的总干缩系数从小到大,分别为P·S·A 32.5、P·O 42.5、E·C、G·C;煤矸石试件的总干缩系数从小到大,分别为E·C、P·S·A 32.5、G·C。煤矸石试件的干燥收缩率、质量变化、失水率、总干缩系数等均大于标准砂试件。This paper used four types of cementitious materials,ordinary Portland cement(P·O 42.5),Portland-slag cement(P·S·A 32.5),eco-cement(E·C),and geopolymer cement(G·C),to analyze the stability of the standard sand and coal gangue aggregates and test the drying shrinkage performance.The test results showed that under the stability effects of different cementitious materials,the drying shrinkage and mass loss of standard sand and coal gangue specimens changed from rapid growth to slow growth in about 7 days.The order of the drying shrinkage of standard sand specimens from low to high were P·S·A 32.5,P·O 42.5,G·C,and E·C.And those of coal gangue specimens were P·S·A 32.5,E·C,and G·C.Considering the water loss process,the total drying shrinkage coefficients of standard sand and coal gangue specimens were calculated.Standard sand specimens'total drying shrinkage coefficients were P·S·A 32.5,P·O 42.5,E·C,and G·C from low to high,while coal gangue specimens'were E·C,P·S·A 32.5,and G·C,respectively.The drying shrinkage rate,mass change,water loss rate,and total drying shrinkage coefficient of coal gangue specimens were all higher than those of standard sand specimens.
