摘  要:在家具生产制造过程中,丝滑细腻、低光泽等感觉的漆膜木器饰面主要与粗糙度、光泽度等表观性能有关,这是木器表面漆膜褶皱纹理而致,而这种产品品质与漆膜固化干燥技术是密不可分的。为了进一步弄清哑光饰面加工过程中不同生产工艺参数对涂层表面褶皱纹理形成的影响,选取涂料涂布量、LED灯预固化能量、254 nm准分子灯辐射能量等工艺过程中的三个主要因素,采用单因素实验与响应面实验设计方法展开探究,测试面漆涂层经过LED灯预固化、254 nm准分子灯固化和镓-汞-汞三灯固化后的粗糙度与85°角光泽度。单因素实验结果表明,当涂布量、预固化能量增加时,涂层表面粗糙度逐渐降低,光泽度逐渐升高,LED灯预固化能量的变化对涂层表面粗糙度、光泽度的影响较涂布量更明显;当254 nm准分子灯辐射能量增加时,涂层表面粗糙度升高至最后降低,光泽度降低至254 nm准分子灯辐射能量1400 mJ/cm^(2)后再加大其能量而无变化。运用响应面分析法中的Box-Behnken中心组合原则,响应面实验设计方法结果表明,LED灯预固化能量越低,涂料涂布量、254 nm准分子灯辐射能量越高,涂层粗糙度越高,光泽度越低,对涂层表面粗糙度、光泽度的影响大小顺序依次为LED灯预固化能量>涂布量>254 nm准分子灯辐射能量。The sensory appeal of furniture with a silky,matte finish,characterized by low gloss and smooth roughness,is closely associated with the curing technology of the coating.This research investigates the influence of production parameters on the texture of matte finishes during the coating process,focusing on variables such as the volume of coating applied,the pre-curing energy of LED lamps,and the radiation energy of 254 nm excimer lamps.Using both single-factor experiments and response surface methodology,this study measures the roughness and gloss at an 85°angle after pre-curing with an LED lamp and curing with both 254 nm excimer lamps and a gallium-mercury arc lamp.Findings suggest that increases in coating volume and pre-curing energy reduce roughness and enhance gloss,with LED pre-curing energy exerting a more pronounced effect than coating volume.Additionally,as the radiation energy of the 254 nm excimer lamp increases,roughness initially increases before decreasing,while gloss decreases without further changes beyond 1400mJ/cm2.Applying the Box-Behnken design wwithin theresponse surface methodology,the results indicate that lower LED pre-curing energy,higher coating vvolumes,and 254 nm excimer lamp radiation energy increase roughness and decrease gloss.The order of impact on the coating's surface roughness and glossiness is as follows:LED pre-curing energy>coating amount>254 nm excimer lamp radiation energy.
