摘 要:本文介绍了某插电式混合动力非承载四驱车型在制动及滑行能量回收工况下车内轰鸣问题的分析思路和优化方案,通过分析发现,传动轴2阶激励力大是引起制动及能量回收工况下车内轰鸣的主要原因,然而引起2阶激励力过大的原因是制动过程中传动轴动态夹角过大。通过优化后桥初始仰角,减小传动轴动态夹角,从而降低传动轴2阶激励力,有效降低或消除车内轰鸣。This paper introduces the analysis idea and optimization scheme of the booming problem of a plug-in hybrid non-load fourwheel drive vehicle under the condition of braking and sliding energy recovery.Through analysis,it is found that,the large second-order excitation force of the transmission shaft is the main reason for the booming in the vehicle under the condition of braking and energy recovery.However,the large second-order excitation force is caused by the excessive dynamic included angle of the transmission shaft during braking.By optimizing the initial elevation angle of the rear axle and reducing the dynamic included angle of the transmission shaft,the secondorder excitation force of the transmission shaft can be reduced and the booming noise in the vehicle can be effectively reduced or eliminated.
