摘 要:转型经济背景下,大企业战略性内部创业被认为是推动新旧动能转换和经济结构优化升级的重要途径。本文针对京博控股集团2010~2022年的战略性内部创业实践,运用探索性的纵向案例研究方法,开展了整合内部创业理论与制度逻辑理论的共演研究。研究发现,转型经济背景下大企业开展战略性内部创业,关键在于实现创业“机会—资源—制度”动态整合框架下的适应性共演。具体而言:(1)在利用导向的内部创业阶段,由母体组织和内创单元共同推动“发现型机会开发—突破式资源行动—制度逻辑转型”的适应性共演,突破创业资源不适配的障碍;(2)在探索导向的内部创业阶段,由母体组织和内创单元共同推动“创造型机会开发—延拓式资源行动—制度逻辑发展”的适应性共演,发挥创业资源调用的优势。本文由此构建了战略性内部创业与制度逻辑变迁的两阶段共演模型,该模型一方面解释了大企业如何通过变迁主导制度逻辑,保障内部创业“机会—资源”有效互动;另一方面,也揭示了大企业通过内部创业推动主导制度逻辑变迁的组织更新过程。研究在做出交叉理论贡献的同时,也为我国推进大企业内部创业提供了重要的实践启示。In a transitional economy,strategic intrapreneurship in large enterprises is considered as an essential way to expedite the replacement of old growth drivers with new ones and to optimize and upgrade economic structures.This paper focuses on the strategic intrapreneurship practice of Chambroad Holding Group from 2010 to 2022 and adopts the exploratory longitudinal case study approach to integrate theories of intrapreneurship and institutional logic.The study finds that the key to strategic intrapreneurship in large enterprises under a transitional economy is the adaptability co-evolution within the dynamic integration framework of"Opportunity-Resource-Institution".First,in the exploitation-oriented stage of intrapreneurship,both the parent organization and intrapreneurial unit will jointly promote the adaptability co-evolution of discovery opportunity development,breakthrough resource action,institutional logic transformation,and overcome the barriers of mismatching entrepreneurial resources.Second,in the exploration-oriented stage of intrapreneurship,the parent organization and intrapreneurial unit will jointly promote the adaptability co-evolution of creation opportunity development,extended resource action,institutional logic development,and exert the advantages of entrepreneurial resource mobilization.Thus,this paper constructs a two-stage co-evolution model of strategic intrapreneurship and institutional logic change.On the one hand,this model explains how large enterprises can ensure effective interaction between intrapreneurship opportunities and resources through dominant institutional logic changes.On the other hand,it reveals the organizational renewal process by which large enterprises promote the change in dominant institutional logic through intrapreneurship.While contributing to cross-theoretical research,this research provides significant practical insights for promoting intrapreneurship in large enterprises in China.
