“孔乙己文学”背后大学生焦虑心态与疏导--基于A校大学生访谈结果的分析

摘　　要：最近,频繁登上热搜的“孔乙己文学”折射出了大学生群体焦虑的社会心态与迷惘的求职状态。通过对A校大学生访谈结果的分析发现,“孔乙己文学”背后大学生焦虑心态的原因机制涉及了青年自身、社会、学校以及网络四个层面。针对“孔乙己文学”背后大学生的焦虑心态,可以从四个方面进行疏导:以个体为基础,搭建成熟、完整的自我认知体系;以社会为保障,开辟多元化就业渠道,营造青年友好型发展环境;以高校为中介,有效发挥学校的就业服务与人才培育功能;以网络为载体,监管网络舆情空间,澄清网络文化环境,有效疏解大学生就业焦虑心态,培养大学生积极的价值观念体系与稳定的情绪管理机制。Recently,the frequently appearing"Kong Yiji literature"reflects the college students'anxious mentality and confusion of job-hunting.According to the analysis of the interview results of college students in school A,it is found that the reasons for college students'anxiety behind"Kong Yiji Literature"involve four aspects:youth themselves,society,school and network.It is necessary to give persuasion to college students'from four aspects:to build a mature and complete self-cognition system based on the individual;to open up diversified employment channels to create development environment guaranteed by society;to play the employment service and talent cultivation function effectively taking universities as intermediary;to supervise the network public opinion space and clarify the network cultural environment taking network as carrier.It can effectively relieve the employment anxiety of college students,and cultivate the positive value concept system and stable emotional management mechanism.
