摘　　要：当前,中国企业管理已从传统经营管理走向科学管理和数字化发展阶段。科技的革命层出不穷,工业制造进入4.0时代,技术、产品、服务、公司治理、市场和消费者等发生巨大的变化。本文通过探讨东方管理思想的基本概念、理论逻辑和实践成果,分析其在现代企业经营中的应用价值,揭示东方管理理论的实际应用和实践价值,为我国企业在竞争激烈的新时代中,找到新的发展途径并提供有力支撑。Currently,Chinese enterprise management has moved from traditional business management to scientific management and digital development stage.The revolution of technology is constantly emerging,and industrial manufacturing has entered the 4.o era.Technology,products,services,corporate governance,markets,and consumers have undergone tremendous changes.This article explores the basic concepts,theoretical logic,and practical achievements of Eastern management theory,analyzes its application value in modern enterprise management,reveals the practical application and value of Eastern management theory,and provides strong support for Chinese enterprises to find new development paths in the fiercely competitive new era.
