摘　　要：随着我国高等教育进入了新发展阶段,国家治理体系和治理能力现代化被进一步提上日程,高等教育治理体系现代化建设必须彰显中国特色。中国特色高等教育治理体系现代化的基本内涵表现在坚持和加强党的全面领导、秉持新发展理念、以人民为中心的价值取向、以立德树人为终极目标。推进中国特色高等教育治理体系现代化建设,必须确保党在高等教育治理中的核心领导地位,以新发展理念引领高等教育治理新发展,确立以人民为中心的高等教育治理体系改革导向,优化高等教育治理的权责配置,以现代信息技术手段创新高等教育治理方式。As China's higher education enters a new development stage,the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity is further put on the agenda.The modernization construction of the higher education governance system must showcase Chinese characteristics.The basic connotation of the modernization of the governance system of higher education with Chinese characteristics is manifested in adhering to the comprehensive leadership of the Party,the value orientation of putting the people at the center,adhering to the new development concept,and taking moral education as the ultimate goal.To promote the modernization of the governance system of higher education with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to ensure the core leadership position of the Party in higher education governance,guide the new development of higher education governance with new development concepts,establish a reform direction of the higher education governance system centered on the people,optimize the allocation of rights and responsibilities in higher education governance,and innovate higher education governance methods using modern information technology.
