新管理主义下交叉学科组织管理的困境与出路

摘　　要：当前阶段交叉学科组织发展缓慢,组织管理处于探索期。优化组织管理,解决组织管理环境及其面临的管理难题,需要我们重新反思新管理主义式的交叉组织管理模式。新管理主义已经成为高校的一种治理模式。新管理主义主导下的市场化治理模式并非完全适用于交叉学科组织,甚至阻碍学科交叉。交叉学科组织管理的困境主要体现在量化考核阻碍交叉学科研究成果的产出、结果导向妨碍交叉学科研究过程的尝试、择优配置滞碍交叉学科研究规模的扩大。交叉学科组织治理要摆脱新管理主义的束缚,更好地服务学科交叉的研究,可以采用考核评估指标多元化、组织管理制度灵活化、学术资源配置稳定化策略。At the current stage,the development of interdisciplinary organizations is slow,and organizational management is in an exploratory period.To optimize organizational management and address the management environment and difficulties faced by organizations,we need to rethink the new managerialism model of interdisciplinary organizational management.New managerialism has become a governance model in universities.The market-oriented governance model under new managerialism is not entirely suitable for interdisciplinary organizations and even hinders interdisciplinary studies.The difficulties in the management of interdisciplinary organizations are mainly reflected in the hindrance of quantitative assessment to the output of interdisciplinary research,the hindrance of result-oriented attempts in interdisciplinary research processes,and the hindrance of optimal allocation in the expansion of interdisciplinary research.Interdisciplinary organizational governance needs to break free from the constraints of new managerialism and better serve interdisciplinary research,which can be achieved through strategies such as diversification of assessment and evaluation indicators,flexibility of organizational management systems,and stabilization of academic resource allocation.
