摘 要:为缓解优质木材资源短缺,扩大速生材的利用途径,提高速生材的利用价值,提出了一种用速生杨木作构件,用榉木作两构件的接合点,采用椭圆形榫接合,适用于椅类家具节点的接合增强方法。并对接点增强杨木T试件、全榉木T型试件、全杨木T型试件分别进行了抗拔与抗弯性能测试。结果表明:接点增强杨木T型试件抗拔强度比全杨木T型试件增加了1 999.56 N,提高了47.71%;比全榉木T型试件仅低175.8 N,仅低2.76%。接点增强杨木T型试件抗弯强度比全杨木T型试件增加了487.85 N,提高了93.07%;比全榉木T型试件增加了143.84 N,提高了16.56%。证明用该增强方法制作的接合结构适用于速生杨木椅类家具。In order to alleviate the shortage of high-quality wood resources,expand the utilization ways and improve the utilization value of fast growing wood,a joint strengthening method combined fast growing poplar and beech as a joint of two components was put forward.The pull-out and flexural properties of the joint-reinforced poplar T specimen,the all-beech T specimen and all-poplar T specimen were tested respectively.The results showed that the pull-out strength of T-shaped poplar specimens with reinforced sturcture is increased by 1999.56 N(47.71%)compared with that of all T-shaped poplar specimens.It is only 175.8 N and 2.76%lower than the whole Beech T-type specimen.The bending strength of T-shaped poplar specimens with contact reinforcement is 487.85 N(93.07%)higher than that of all T-shaped poplar specimens.Compared with all Beech T-type specimens,the increase was 143.84 N,an increase of 16.56%。It is proved that the joint structure made by the reinforced method is suitable for fast-growing poplar chair furniture.
