摘 要:人因事故分析模型是一种用于研究系统其他要素与“人”相互影响的分析工具。为探究模型于家具企业生产系统中的适用性,从而排除劳动隐患,促进精益生产,将S企业功能沙发装簧车间的1号工作台装簧技术人员作为研究对象,运用SHEL模型对其装簧作业过程进行优化研究。从人件-软件、人件-硬件、人件-环境、人件-人件4个界面结合基础工业工程分析方法进行不良事件的问题梳理与溯源,并最终以提高作业人员生产效率,降低疲劳度为目标,提出了针对性优化方案。结果表明,SHEL模型具有应用于功能沙发底座装簧作业改善中的可行性。研究旨在为家具生产系统中相关工程活动提供新思路和新方向,并且能够拥有一定参考价值。Human accident analysis model is an analysis tool to study the interaction between the other elements of the system and human.In order to eliminate labor hidden dangers and promote lean production,the applicability of the mod-el in the production system of furniture enterprises was explored.Taking the spring installation technicians of No.1 work-bench in functional sofa spring installation workshop of S enterprise as the research object,the spring loading process was optimized based on the SHEL theoretical model.The problems of adverse events were sorted out and traced from the four interfaces of Liveware-Software,Liveware-Hardware,Liveware-Environment and Liveware-Liveware combined with fundamental industrial engineering analysis methods.Finally,a targeted optimization plan was proposed with an aim of improving the production efficiency of operators and reducing fatigue.The results showed that the application of SHEL theoretical model in optimization of spring loading operation of functional sofa base is feasible,which will pro-vide new ideas and new directions for related engineering activities in the furniture production system and have certain referencevalue.
