摘  要:目的将中医治未病理念融入心理健康教育并评价其效果。方法从湖北中医药大学校2020级随机抽选两个班级共101名学生为观察组,以中医治未病心理健康教育方案为指导开展教育活动;随机抽选另外两个平行班级共98名学生作为对照组,根据学校常规心理健康计划开展教育活动。比较两组学生中医心理健康状态和心理健康水平。结果实验后,观察组SCL-90总分和因子评分显著降低,且观察组SCL-90总分及“躯体化”“抑郁”“焦虑”“敌对”4个因子评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学生对方案的满意度为82.18%(83/101)~100.00%(101/101)。结论中医治未病心理健康教育能有效改善学生的心理健康状态,提升心理健康教育效果和学生满意度。Objective To integrate the concept of the preventive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine into mental health education and to evaluate its application effect.Methods A total of 101 students from two classes of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine in Grade 2020 were randomly selected as the observation group to carry out educational activities guided by the mental health education program.A total of 98 students in two parallel classes were randomly selected as the control group to carry out educational activities according to the school’s routine mental health plan.The mental health status and mental health level of the two groups of students were compared.Results After the experiment,the SCL-90 total score and factor scores of the observation group were significantly reduced,and the SCL-90 total score and the 4 factors of“somatization”,“depression”,“anxiety”and“hostility”of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 82.18%(83/101)-100.00%(101/101).Conclusion The program can effectively improve the mental health state of college students,improve the effect of mental health education and student satisfaction.
