人工血管重建技术在泌尿系肿瘤整块切除术中应用的临床疗效

摘　　要：腹膜后肿瘤侵犯或完全包绕大血管时,需将肿瘤连同被侵犯的血管整块切除,但切除后的血管重建鲜有报道。本文报道7例泌尿系肿瘤患者,整块切除肿瘤和被侵犯的血管后,采用人工血管重建,术后恢复顺利,未发生严重并发症和感染。人工血管重建技术安全、可靠,疗效确切。Involvement of the great vessels by retroperitoneal tumors may necessitate radical en bloc resection of the urinary tumors and vessels,but there are few reports on vascular reconstruction after the resection.In this study,seven patients underwent radical en bloc resection of the urinary tumors followed by artificial vascular reconstruction were reported,and the postoperative recovery was smooth without infection or other serious complications.Artificial vascular reconstruction is safe,reliable and effective.
